Nothing on the website should be interpreted as representing Last Mile as a bank, a licensed financial institution, an escrow provider or an insurer unless Last Mile is legally authorised and explicitly acting in such capacity. The service is payment coordination according to the applicable transaction arrangement.

10Suppliers

Last Mile may communicate and coordinate with suppliers on behalf of customers as part of providing logistics services. Unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing, the existence of logistics coordination should not be interpreted as a guarantee regarding:

Customers remain responsible for their commercial purchasing decisions unless a separate service agreement expressly provides otherwise.

11Delivery

"Door-to-Door" refers to logistics coordination from the agreed collection point to the agreed destination under the applicable shipment arrangement. It does not automatically mean that every possible fee, tax, customs requirement or third-party charge is included unless expressly stated in the quotation.
